Our client operates in the AI-driven growth technology sector, building next-generation solutions that transform how companies scale revenue through advanced data and automation capabilities.


The company is at a pivotal stage, having achieved strong traction in the US and now entering a major international expansion across EMEA. This phase represents a unique opportunity to build new markets from the ground up and define how the company wins globally.


In this context, we are supporting the hiring of three GTM Market Launchers, one for each key market: France, United Kingdom, and Germany (DACH region), who will be responsible for leading the commercial expansion in their respective territories.


Main mission


The primary mission will be to launch and scale a new market from scratch, taking full ownership of revenue generation and go-to-market strategy:

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end (from outbound prospecting to closing enterprise deals)
  • Build and generate pipeline from zero (no inherited accounts or leads)
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Drive new business through outbound, inbound, partnerships, and events
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new use cases and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to shape positioning and roadmap
  • Establish scalable processes, forecasting, and playbooks
  • Hire and lead a team as the market grows


Required background and experience


To successfully perform in this highly strategic role, the ideal candidate should bring:

  • Proven experience closing enterprise-level deals (owned end-to-end)
  • Strong track record building pipeline and revenue from scratch (0 to 1 experience)
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales within high-growth or tech environments
  • Ability to operate autonomously with a founder mindset
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders in complex environments
  • Fluency in English + native or professional proficiency in the local market language (French, German, or English for the UK role)

  • Familiarity with advanced growth metrics (cohorts, retention, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize GTM workflows
  • Visible presence in the market (content, events, networking)
